Financial Info.

So, late last week we heard from the adoption agency and it seems they forgot to include the small financial info. survey with the preliminary application. They sent us the forms and we received them on Saturday.

On Thursday, I took the time to write out the requested information which included our basic budget details, where we work, annual salary and any additional income as well as expenses. They also wanted information about how we intend to pay for the adoption which I guess would be pretty important.

Mike took the completed form to work today and is faxing it to the adoption agency then we will mail in the hard copy. Hopefully, once they receive the information it will not be more than a week or so before we hear some good news from them and are able to start the more formal process.

In the meantime, we did receive good news in that Talecris has a $5,000 adoption assistance that is paid upon final placement of a child. This is really good news and will definitely go a long way towards helping with our adoption fees and expenses.

We continue to pray for the process and ask for everyone elses prayers as well.
