Well, September 17th has come and gone! There appears to be no news about the arrival of our little guy. September 17th was our birth mom's due date. Yesterday was a tough day but we made it through and managed to get a lot of cleaning done. I also rearranged the living room a bit but we might return everything back to its original placement.
We really do look forward to the arrival of our little guy. I'm honestly hoping that he'll arrive today, September 18th since it is the 5th anniversary of Mike's proposal which would be really cool. In the meantime, we wait. There is still tons of cleaning and work to do around the house. I figure it is best to get as much done before he arrives so we can really enjoy him, cuddle with him and love on him without having to worry about stuff around the house for at least a little while. Today my top priority is doing some caulking around our shower door.
Anyway, we continue to wait...
Oh, there is some good news regarding the birth father. He has decided that he will sign the adoption documents meaning we don't have to go to court to terminate his parental rights. We are thrilled with this news and so thankful. God is GOOD!
